Dear Students,

Our wonderful director of the ADP program has asked faculty for assistance in encouraging students in our classes to spend a few moments to fill out a survey.  If you do that, I can offer you a reduction. of one project.  She will send me a list of those that participated in the survey so that I can check it against the work you submitted at the end of the term.

Here is her letter to faculty:

Dear Colleagues,

The Division of Professional and Graduate Studies will be administering the Ruffalo Noel Levitz Adult Student Priorities Survey, a twenty-minute survey, which asks students to complete questions relating to student services, academic advising, campus safety, financial aid, course schedules, program rigor, curriculum, and more.

This survey, along with student focus groups, is the best way for our division to collect valuable information on how to enhance the adult student experience at Albertus Magnus College in terms of both academics and services.  For this reason, I would like to personally reach out to you, our faculty, and ask if you would be willing to offer extra credit or some sort of incentive for your students to complete this survey.

An email and a link to the survey will be sent to each student’s email address on Tues., March 28th; reminder emails will be sent until the survey closes on Wed., April 26th.  Since students will be completing the surveys from their email addresses, Noel Levitz will be able to compile a list for us of all completed applicants.  If you make this survey a requirement or extra credit assignment in your course, we will be able to send you this list.

Attached is a letter that will be sent out to students concerning this survey.  Two lucky students have an opportunity to win a $200 gift card to Amazon!  Once again, I kindly ask that you please consider offering an incentive in your class for students to complete this survey.  If you do, please let me know, and I will send you the completion list after April 26th.
